      She advises Mexican and foreign companies in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and in their day-to-day activities, including the negotiation and preparation of civil and commercial contracts, maintenance and updating of their corporate governance and the preparation and review of corporate legal audits and legal opinions on the operations of such companies.<\/p>\n

      In addition, she has participated in the negotiation of various corporate and commercial disputes, including shareholder disputes, minority rights and corporate governance matters.<\/p>\n
