      His professional practice focuses primarily on handling complex disputes through creative and innovative solutions in various types of litigation, ensuring maximum protection of our clients’ rights, from the planning of defence strategies to the final stage of enforcement of judgments.<\/p>\n

      Andr\u00e9s has participated in highly complex cases resolved by the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation, in which the legal arguments developed contributed to the formation of relevant precedents for Mexico.<\/p>\n

      He holds a law degree from the Escuela Libre de Derecho (2010).
