For the past eight years, Felipe Narváez has focused his practice on constitutional litigation in the private and social spheres. In the private sphere, he has experience in administrative, economic competition, energy, civil, and commercial litigation. In the social sphere, his experience emphasises litigation in defence of the environment, indigenous communities, judicial transparency, anti-corruption, health, education, water, and citizen participation.

Felipe was Legal Director of Mexicanos Contra la Corrupción e Impunidad (Mexicans Against Corruption and Impunity), the leading civil society organisation fighting corruption in Mexico.

Felipe has participated in the implementation of strategic litigation with various civil society organisations, promoting the defence of human rights in different sectors of society.

Felipe holds a law degree from the Escuela Libre de Derecho (2017), where he also studied for a Master’s degree in Constitutional Law, which he is currently in the process of completing. He has published several articles in opinion and legal journals.
