Andrés is a partner at CDA, with over 10 years’ experience in practices related to dispute resolution in civil, commercial, administrative and constitutional matters.
His professional practice focuses primarily on handling complex disputes through creative and innovative solutions in various types of litigation, ensuring maximum protection of our clients’ rights, from the planning of defence strategies to the final stage of enforcement of judgments.
Andrés has participated in highly complex cases resolved by the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation, in which the legal arguments developed contributed to the formation of relevant precedents for Mexico.
He holds a law degree from the Escuela Libre de Derecho (2010). He holds a Master’s Degree in Legal Argumentation from the University of Alicante (2011), a Master’s Degree in Contemporary Legal and Political Philosophy from the Carlos III University of Madrid (2021), as well as various diplomas in commercial law, arbitration and administration from The London School of Economics.
