Alfonso has nine years of experience working as a specialist in civil, commercial and constitutional law. He has worked for major law firms, where he has represented and advised multiple national and international individuals and companies from a variety of sectors, including credit and financial institutions, international retail stores, insurance companies, government institutions and airlines in disputes and diverse and complex transactions, whether from a litigation perspective or a non-dispute approach.

In matters of Civil, Commercial and Constitutional Law, he advises national and international companies, as well as government entities and credit entities, in any query or legal dispute they may face, including breach of contract, liability, non-pecuniary damage, bankruptcy, arbitration, among others.
