Joshua Piñera is an associate at CDA with more than eight years of experience in litigation, corporate and financial law. His practice focuses particularly on civil, commercial, administrative and constitutional litigation, as well as corporate governance, real estate, regulatory, contractual and trust matters.

His experience encompasses the handling and management of ordinary, special and amparo proceedings at all stages, as well as filings, formalities and administrative proceedings before various authorities.

He also has extensive experience in the analysis, preparation and drafting of legal documents, including agreements, trust agreements, powers of attorney and notarial instruments, as well as complaints, responses, appeals and filings related to administrative proceedings.

Joshua studied Law at Universidad Panamericana, Mexico City Campus, and is currently completing his degree through a thesis entitled “The Right of Private Parties to Challenge the Constitutionality of the Amparo Law through the Remedies Provided for under the Amparo Law Itself.”
