Miguel Rodríguez is counsel at CDA, with over 10 years of experience specialising in corporate and transactional legal services, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, real estate transactions, personal data protection, intellectual property and employment consulting.

Prior to joining CDA, he worked in the Mexico City offices of two international law firms and was legal director of a business group. He also participated in the public sector in the drafting and review of various federal and local laws as a parliamentary advisor to the Senate of the Republic, the Constituent Assembly, and the local congress of Mexico City.

He holds a law degree. He studied at the Escuela Libre de Derecho (2013) and has also completed specialisations in intellectual property, personal data protection, labour law, financial systems and cultural law. He has a master’s degree in public administration (INAP) and business law (Anáhuac University).
