Alfonso Dueñas is a partner at CDA, with over 10 years of experience in civil, commercial and constitutional dispute resolution, as well as commercial arbitration.
Alfonso has worked for leading law firms in Mexico, where he has represented and advised domestic and international clients from various industries and sectors, including credit institutions, insurance companies, airlines, vehicle distributors, media and publishing companies, department store chains, and film companies, in contentious proceedings before federal and state courts in our country.
Alfonso holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana (2016); a Master’s degree in Private Law from the Escuela Libre de Derecho (2022) and a Master of Laws (LLM) from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, Chicago (2024). He has also completed several diploma courses at the Escuela Libre de Derecho and The Hague Academy of International Law, as well as at the Instituto de Empresa in Madrid.
