Juan Lizardi is a partner at CDA with over 10 years of experience. He specialises in financing and mergers and acquisitions, with extensive experience in complex domestic and cross-border transactions.

Juan advises clients on regulatory matters, with a primary focus on the financial sector, including banks and Fintech companies.

Prior to joining the firm, he worked as an associate in the Mexico City offices of an international law firm, where he assisted the New York and Washington DC offices with financing in Latin America.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Universidad Panamericana (2017) and a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from Columbia Law School, New York (2022), where he graduated with honours.
